Roasted Red Pepper and Walnut Spread


  • 1 cup roasted red peppers
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • pinch of salt
  • pepper to taste
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor until ground into a thick paste.
  2. Serve immediately with crackers or store in a sealed container up to 5 days.
